8 Arrested in Southern California Theft Ring Targeting Nearly 100 Homes

The Los Angeles Police Department and Mayor Karen Bass announced multiple arrests following a major theft ring bust in Southern California.

At a Monday news conference, Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell said eight suspected members of the Rich Rollin’ Crew were behind 92 home break-ins dating back to 2022. Most of the crimes occurred in 2024 and this year. According to police, the group primarily stole luxury goods from the homes and later resold them.

The arrests were the result of a multi-agency operation involving the Los Angeles Police Department, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and other regional law enforcement partners, according to KTLA…
