Leesburg, VA (DG) – A Virginia man is facing multiple charges after police say he secretly filmed people at several stores across the state. Leesburg authorities say 36-year-old Tate Dietrich filmed an individual at the Target on Edwards Ferry Road on June 28 without their knowledge or consent, leaving the store before officers arrived.
Through their investigation, detectives identified four victims connected to the incident and discovered Dietrich had carried out similar acts in stores in Bedford and Roanoke County.
