BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore Police have identified a man who was fatally shot in West Baltimore on Friday night.
Police say that the victim, identified as 26-year-old Davonne Hare, was killed on August 22 in the 700 block of Druid Park Lake Drive.
