MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – Severe thunderstorms caused significant damage to homes in a mobile home park the afternoon of August 24.
Emergency responders from multiple agencies arrived at the Shadow Brooke Mobile Home Park around 3 p.m. on Sunday and found several homes severely damaged.
Thunderstorms producing gusts of wind around 50 mph were reported by the National Weather Service around 2:24 p.m.
No tornadoes have currently been confirmed during the storm…
