DANBURY — A Walnut Cove domestic disturbance call and subsequent arrest has drawn more discussion, as Stokes County Commissioners contemplated the recent criminal charges of domestic violence for town commissioner Chad Jarvis.
The county commissioners bounced back and forth over the discussion near the end of the 2 p.m. meeting on Monday both for and against asking Jarvis to step down from his role on the Stokes County Board of Health board as well as outright removing him.
Jarvis was arrested on Aug. 2 and held for 48 hours without bond on the domestic violence charges…
