Dauphin County’s Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers who support children in foster care were sworn into service last week by Court of Common Pleas Judge Royce Morris.
The county has more than 300 children in the foster care system, and CASA has 57 volunteers who advocate for their best interests in court.
