PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Goodwill of Southern New England hosted an influencer shopping competition to mark the opening of a by-the-pound outlet in Providence.
The competition was held on Tuesday, the day before the store opens to the public.
According to officials, the local influences had to create the best outfit or collection of items on a budget in 50 minutes.
