SUSSEX COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — An 18-year-old Petersburg woman and a 27-year-old Henrico County man are both dead after a mid-August head-on crash in Sussex County.
On Monday, Aug. 25, Virginia State Police identified the second driver who was killed in a deadly two-vehicle crash that took place on Route 460 on Sunday, Aug. 17.
