SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A group of motorcycles and illegal street vehicles have been turning a downtown Syracuse intersection into their own private playground.
“This is a recurring problem that we have that comes up every year between reckless driving on motorcycles and then also the use of ATVs, dirt bikes and four-wheelers that are operated illegally on the public roadway,” said Sgt. Tom Blake with the Syracuse Police Department.
