El Paso, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A water main break at the corner of Montana and Krag Street on Saturday night left residents dealing with flooding and frustration.
The incident marks the second time this year a water main broke in the area, causing significant inconvenience for locals.
Adrian Cisneros, who has lived in area for 23 years, described the disruption. “I went home to go take a shower. I jump in and there was no water. Next thing you know my daughter’s calling. ‘Another pipe busted, get out here,'” he said. Cisneros’ daughter, who uses an electric wheelchair, was stranded at a nearby gas station due to the flooding. “She got stuck there.
