GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Now is the time to start adjusting kids’ sleep schedules and get them back into a normal school routine.
The relaxes routines of summer, going to be later or sleeping in, are fun parts of childhood. But UW Health says it’s time to start getting kids up at the normal time they would for school.
