Bond set for man arrested after missing child found in Council Bluffs

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – The man arrested after a missing child was found in Council Bluffs had his bond set Monday.

Devon Miller, 30, had his bond set at $1 million in Pottawattamie County Court.

Miller’s preliminary hearing is set for September 2.

An investigation after the girl was found led to the arrest of Miller and a search of his apartment. Miller was taken into custody without incident…
