The landlord who’s allowing a homeless encampment to stay on his property in Minneapolis spoke out against the city Tuesday morning.
Hamoudi Sabri’s parking lot near the intersection of South 28th Avenue and East Lake Street has been hosting an encampment, which the city says violates public health laws.
