Louisville man accused of cyberstalking sentenced to prison in Hawaii

A Louisville man arrested in Colorado was sentenced to more than eight years in prison in Hawaii for cyberstalking three people, including his former girlfriend.

John B. Hart, 53, pleaded guilty in an April 2024 plea agreement to three counts of cyberstalking and one count of obstruction of justice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, according to a U.S. Department of Justice press release. No charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.
