CINCINNATI — The man at the center of a viral downtown brawl that sparked protests and calls for justice has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge stemming from the incident.
Alex Tchervinski, who was captured on video slapping another man before a large fight broke out, did not appear in court on Monday. Instead, his defense attorney submitted a written plea of not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct.
