CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A Chattanooga man is facing charges after throwing a beer at a woman and ‘stomping’ her dog Monday, according to an arrest report.
The report says the victim was walking along Martin Lither King with a shopping cart and her 2 dogs when she came across the suspect, Allen Murray.
