CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Pleasant Fall-like temperatures and conditions are on display this week, for the final days of August. Yes, it feels more like late September than late August. Canadian high pressure building toward the region, along with a dip or trough in the jet stream to keep temperatures below average. Daytime highs in the mid to upper 70s Wednesday and morning lows in the 50s and even some 40s. The late week, highs in the 70s to around 80. This combined with the low humidity, will make for a pleasant and dry stretch of weather this week and through the Labor Day weekend.
