TARC enters negotiations with west Louisville group to sell Nia Center

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — West Louisville’s Nia Center may soon be sold to a community nonprofit if negotiations succeed.

On Tuesday, the Transit Authority of the River City (TARC) announced it had entered an exclusive negotiation period with the West Louisville Dream Team over the small business hub’s sale.
