$5 million approved for ‘devastating disease’ plaguing Sonoma County

(KRON) — The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved $5 million in funding Tuesday for three local organizations dedicated to combating the opioid crisis.

Buckelew Recovery Residences will receive nearly $3,900,000, West County Health Centers more than $637,000, and Drug Abuse Alternatives Center nearly $490,000, county officials said.
