STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Multiple Win 4 prize-winning tickets were sold recently on Staten Island, according to the New York Lottery.
The two winning tickets were for the Aug. 12 Win 4 drawings, with midday numbers 1, 3, 9, 0 and evening numbers 3, 8, 6, 9.
