LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — Two of Arkansas’s finest, Kennedy Holland, Miss Arkansas 2025, and Amelia Lisowe, Miss Arkansas Teen, are gearing up for the Miss America competition with a mix of charm, community service, and a dash of humor.
