Charges: South St. Paul man who made threats against police had 90 guns at home

A man who has a history of threatening law enforcement has been charged after dozens of guns and drugs were seized from his South St. Paul home, according to a criminal complaint.

Kollin J. Konitzer, 34, faced four felony charges last week in Dakota County District Court following an Aug. 20 drug task force raid at his residence. He’s scheduled to return to court for a Sept. 11 hearing.

According to a statement of probable cause, agents seized from Konitzer’s home ammunition and about 90 guns, including a rifle with a scope on a tripod overlooking the front door. The document says agents also found just under 1 gram of fentanyl and 53 pills of methylphenidate, commonly used to treat ADHD, in an unlabeled prescription pill bottle…
