Omaha planning director addresses Little Bohemia project, community concerns

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A TIF-funded project aims to redevelop parts of Little Bohemia. After Omaha City Council members approved the finances for it, First Alert 6 spoke with business owners in the area.

They shared their excitement for the project, and a few of their concerns, including parking, the use of TIF funding and what they say is a lack of communication.
