O’FALLON, Ill. — O’Fallon, Illinois, Police say 17 teens were arrested after multiple fights broke out at City Fest over the weekend.
“City Fest this year was unfortunately chaotic,” O’Fallon Police Chief Kirk Brueggeman said.
