PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (7News) — The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) is asking the public to help them find a man who allegedly abandoned an emanciated dog inside a cage next to an animal clinic early Monday morning.
The malnourished dog, described as an adult tan and white Pitbull/Husky-mix, was found in poor condition outside the Battlefield Animal Clinic in the 8100 block of Sudley Road in Manassas, Virginia, around 6 a.m. on Aug. 25, by the clinic’s staff.
Staff members immediately provided the sick dog with care until Animal Control arrived around 10:49 a.m…
