Local organizations humanely keep feral cat population down

(WHTM) — Since 2010, 13,000 cats have passed through Steelton Community Cats’ clinic to trap, neuter, vaccinate and return feral cats.

A partnership with The Vetting Zoo, the care for cats also benefits humans. Both organizations joined Valerie Pritchett to talk more about the program for Hot Topic Tuesday.
