MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A man who was set to stand trial this week in a deadly crash has pleaded guilty instead.

“There’s still a lot of questions that we need to answer, but I’m at least happy that this is over,” Tracy McClure, the victim’s widow, said. “This man has been out walking around free for the last two and a half years after killing my husband.”
McClure’s husband, Tim, was killed in a head-on car crash on Snow Road back in May 2023.
