In a recent turn of events stretching over three years, Miron Robinson, the man indicted in connection with this tragic incident, has faced an ongoing battle with the law. According to a social media post from the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office, Robinson, whose blood alcohol level measured a staggering .194 and tested positive for methamphetamine at the time of the accident on June 11, 2022, had initially posted bond on May 27, 2025, following his indictment for Vehicular Homicide by Intoxication.
