Cold case solved: Arrest made in 1999 South Philadelphia mob-style killing

Federal officials say they have solved a 26-year-old cold case and arrested the man accused of carrying out a mob-style killing in South Philadelphia.

Richard Leidy, 60, was charged Tuesday with murder, attempted murder, and related offenses for the fatal shooting of Guerino “Gino” Marconi outside his home on April 10, 1999.
