RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Henrico County man is dead after police say his vehicle flipped on a Richmond roadway early Saturday morning.
At 4:52 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, officers with the Richmond Police Department (RPD) were called to Chippenham Parkway near the Forrest Hill interchange for report of a single-vehicle crash.
