SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. — They can slow you down, speed things up or just spin you in circles. Love them or hate them, more roundabouts are popping up across San Diego County. But do they actually make our streets safer?
Residents like Linda, who lives along Coast Highway in Carlsbad, say not everyone is getting the hang of them.
