WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – A fight at a Watertown convenience store ended with a Syracuse man facing multiple criminal charges.
City police said 21-year-old Levon Huggins was at Joe’s Kwik Mart on Arsenal Street on Tuesday with a teenage girl.
