‘They’ve been there for 15 years’: Norfolk Southern requests Bethlehem police aid in relocating homeless under Hill-to-Hill Bridge

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Norfolk Southern is asking the Bethlehem Police to help remove homeless people who are living underneath the Hill-to-Hill Bridge.

It is for safety reasons, according to police.
