AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – One of Augusta’s biggest events is officially less than a month away.
Arts in the Heart is September 19-21, but for the first time in years, it won’t be on the iconic sidewalks of Broad Street.
Downtown construction work means the festival is moving off Broad Street and back towards the Savannah River…
