BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A semi-truck fire has caused lanes to close near the Grapevine Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two lanes were closed due to fire going across the highway from a burning semi-truck, which also spread to grass nearby. The truck is burning near the Grapevine, in the southbound number four lane and the fire was first reported at about 11:36 a.m.
One lane is still open and traffic is able to pass, according to officials.
