CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Cincinnati mayoral candidate Cory Bowman says the city needs a strong police force starting at the top of the department following another West End shooting.
On Tuesday, Cincinnati police said a 71-year-old man was shot at Clark and Linn Street around 6 p.m.
