EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Vanderburgh County Humane Society officials say two tiny kittens in the trash were given a second chance thanks to a Good Samaritan.
According to a release, a person saw a man throw a small bag into a trash can and then heard faint meowing.
