New Jersey homicide suspect arrested in Harrisburg was found hiding in dryer

A 34-year-old man wanted for attempted murder in New Jersey was arrested in Harrisburg on Monday while he hid in a dryer, according to court documents filed in both states.

Just after 8 p.m. Aug. 19, Daniel D. Wilson, who has addresses in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Harrisburg, shot a 31-year-old woman with a .40-caliber handgun along Woodward Street in Jersey City, court documents said.

The woman drove herself to Jersey City Medical Center with a gunshot wound to her left leg. It is unclear how many times the victim was shot, but police recovered five shell casings from the scene of the shooting…
