Cumberland County man charged in UPS warehouse theft

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Cumberland County man has been charged with the theft of thousands of dollars of merchandise from a UPS warehouse in Middletown.

According to court documents, Dandre Rayvon Sibblies, 28, was charged with theft of movable property by unlawful taking and theft of mail by unlawful taking — both third-degree felonies.

Lower Swatara Township Police said that they were contacted earlier this month by UPS Security for the shipping company’s Middletown warehouse hub in reference to a theft investigation…
