2nd teen charged in deadly Newburg neighborhood shooting, Louisville police say

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A second 16-year-old boy was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting in Louisville’s Newburg neighborhood.

A week ago, a 16-year-old was arrested and charged with murder and possession of a handgun by a minor. In an update Wednesday, police said another 16-year-old boy was arrested and charged with complicity to murder.
