A man was detained after authorities said he shot and killed another man during an argument in Cutler Bay on Wednesday.
The two men became involved in the verbal argument in the area of Southwest 186th Street and 97th Avenue when one pulled out a gun and shot the other in the chest, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office officials said.
