SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was arrested on suspicion of murder Tuesday in Sacramento over two weeks after an early-morning shooting.
Edward Nelson, 47, allegedly shot and killed a man around 2 a.m. Aug. 10 in the area of 12th Street and Blues Alley, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
