BLACKSBURG, Va. (WFXR)- Police in Blacksburg have made an arrest in the July 23 armed robbery of tobacco and vape shop.
The business is located on Heathwood Blvd.
Dylan Jared Truman, of Blacksburg, was charged in connection with the incident. Police said he faces three felony and four misdemeanor charges.
