A federal judge in San Antonio has sentenced a Texas man to 6½ years in prison for his role in what authorities called a scheme to funnel military-grade weapons to a Mexican drug cartel.
Edgar Raul Moreno, 50, was sentenced this week by U.S. District Judge Jason Pulliam.
