WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is investigating a Wednesday stabbing in Northeast D.C. that left a woman hurt.
According to police, officers responded to reports of a stabbing shortly before 3 p.m. in the 700 block of H Street, NE.
There, a woman was found suffering from a stab wound but was still conscious and breathing.
