SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Mercy pediatric doctor recommends antibiotics and vaccinations if your kid is diagnosed with pertussis, also known as whooping cough.
This comes following a confirmed case of whooping cough at the Republic Early Childhood Center on Tuesday. School leaders stated that parents and faculty were informed almost immediately.
