Boston Police Apprehend 14-Year-Old Suspect After Alleged Armed Robbery in South End

Early this morning, Boston Police Department officers from District D-4 (South End) were dispatched to the scene of an alleged armed robbery at 261 Dartmouth Street. According to the official police report, the incident took place around 3:32 AM, where the suspect purportedly confronted the victim with what appeared to be a handgun and forcibly demanded cash from the establishment before fleeing with an undisclosed sum of money.

Following immediate measures, officers disseminated a description and image of the suspect to the responding units. An individual was noted to closely match this given description and was spotted walking on St. James Avenue. The suspect was eventually apprehended on Dartmouth Street by the police, who managed to quickly and efficiently stop him.
