COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Opening statements today in a Columbus courtroom for the murder trial of two alleged gang members. They are accused of killing Alex Bales Davis in a drive by shooting back in 2020.
After three days of jury selection 16 jurors were chosen along with three alternates. The state and the defense delivering to those jurors what they believe took place back in August of 2020.
