CHAPEL HILL, N.C.(WGHP) — Two years ago, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill was rocked by the fatal on-campus shooting of Professor Zijie Yan.
Tailei Qi, then 34, was a graduate student who worked with Yan, then 40, at the university.
