(FOX40.COM) — An ex-boyfriend and his accomplice were arrested Wednesday afternoon after breaking into the ex-girlfriend’s house and kidnapping her, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
SCSO said deputies responded to reports of a burglary in progress just after 4 p.m. on the 600 block of Howe Avenue.
